Shipping
- Standard shipping
- $5.95 flat, free on orders over $49.00. Typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited shipping
- Quoted at cost. Tell us your deadline in the order notes and we will send options before charging anything.
- Dispatch time
- Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day usually leave the same day; everything else goes the next.
- Where we ship
- The contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses, contact us first for a freight quote.
- Tracking
- Emailed the moment the carrier scans your parcel. You can also look an order up on the track-order page.
Returns
- The window
- 30 days from delivery. Email us with your order number and what you would like to send back.
- Condition
- Unopened and unused, in the original packaging. Consumables with a broken seal cannot be resold, so we cannot take them back.
- Refunds
- Issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving and passing inspection.
- Return shipping
- On us when the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Otherwise the cost of return postage comes off the refund.
- Damaged in transit
- Photograph the carton and contents and send it within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund, your choice.
