There are no accounts to log into here. Send your order number and the email you ordered with, and we will reply with the current stage, the carrier, and your tracking number.

What happens after you order

Four stages, start to finish

    Order confirmed

    We email a confirmation and a secure payment link for the total.

  2. 02

    Picked and packed

    Your items come off the shelf and go into a box, usually the next morning.

  3. 03

    Handed to the carrier

    The parcel leaves Carlsbad and your tracking number is emailed to you.

  4. 04

    Delivered

    Anything not right? You have 30 days to send it back unused.

Tracking can take a few hours to go live after the carrier scans your parcel. If it still shows nothing the next morning, tell us and we will chase it.
